本計畫為馬克思主義理論研究和建設工程、國家社會科學基金雙跨重大研究項目（2026-2027），主管單位中國文學藝術界聯合會。第一首席專家高世名（中國文聯副主席），首席專家黃孫權（中國美術學院）、俞建拖（中國發展研究基金會）。
黃孫權在本計畫擔任雙重身分：作為首席專家之一，同時擔任子課題（四）「新大眾文藝的主體形態與社會生產」負責人，聚焦互聯網、大數據、AI 條件下新主體與新情感的生產機制。
六個子題共構六重結構維度：歷史脈絡（胡一峰）、社會基礎（賀照田）、媒體系統（潘霽）、主體形態（黃孫權）、美學形態（羅崗）、產業形態（俞建拖），於互聯網與市場化條件下探討社會主義文藝與黨的文化領導權的建構路徑。
This is a dual-track major research project jointly designated under the Marxist Theory Research and Construction Project and the National Social Science Fund (2026–2027), supervised by the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles. The principal investigator is Gao Shiming (Vice President, China Federation of Literary and Art Circles); co-principal investigators are Huang Sun-Quan (China Academy of Art) and Yu Jiantuo (China Development Research Foundation).
Huang Sun-Quan plays a dual role: as one of the three principal investigators, he also leads Sub-topic IV, "Subject Formation and Social Production in New Mass Literature and Art," focusing on how platform, big-data, and AI conditions generate new subjects and affective structures.
The project comprises six sub-topics constituting six structural dimensions: historical lineage (Hu Yifeng), social base (He Zhaotian), media system (Pan Ji), subject formation (Huang Sun-Quan), aesthetic form (Luo Gang), and industrial formation (Yu Jiantuo). Together, they investigate how socialist literature and art, and the Party's cultural leadership, are reconstructed under internet and marketization conditions.
