「基進城市」是新北市美術館開館四大展之一（2025.04.25 – 2025.09.07），由新北市美術館資深策展人謝豐嶸與新加坡美術館資深策展人鄭慧華共同策劃。展覽匯聚 23 組國內外藝術家的 41 件創作，以全球化背景下現代城市的興起為切入點，以新北市為參照座標，從全球南方視角探索現代都市化過程中產業興衰、勞動與遷徙、全球貿易景觀及其空間政治。參展藝術家包括引爆火山工程、吳瑪悧、張乾琦、梁慧圭、麥克・拉克威茨等 23 組。黃孫權以《文化與技術三部曲》參展，作品入圍第 24 屆台新藝術獎視覺藝術類（2025／26 年度，評選主筆周伶芝）。

基進城市
Radical City
Radical City is one of the four inaugural exhibitions of the New Taipei City Art Museum (25 April – 7 September 2025), co-curated by Hsieh Feng-Rong (Senior Curator, New Taipei City Art Museum) and Cheng Hui-Hua (Senior Curator, Singapore Art Museum). It brings together 41 works by 23 artist groups from Taiwan and abroad, taking the rise of the modern city under globalisation as its point of departure and using New Taipei as a reference coordinate. From a Global South perspective, the exhibition examines the rise and decline of industries, labour and migration, global trade landscapes, and the spatial politics of modern urbanisation. Huang Sun-Quan presented Culture and Technology: A Trilogy; the work was nominated for the 24th Taishin Arts Award in the Visual Arts category (2025/26 cycle, chief reviewer Chou Ling-Chih).

跨越舊金山／矽谷、新竹／臺灣、深圳三個全球 IT 節點的長期研究案，以大眾南方（印度 IT、菲律賓 BPO、越南台資、MCN 出海）作為陰影對照。本展出作品入圍第 24 屆台新藝術獎視覺藝術類（2025／26 年度，評選主筆周伶芝）。
A long-term research project spanning three global IT nodes — San Francisco/Silicon Valley, Hsinchu/Taiwan, and Shenzhen — with the Greater South (Indian IT, Philippine BPO, Vietnamese Taiwanese-capital factories, MCN expansion into Southeast Asia) running throughout as a shadow counterpoint. The work exhibited here was nominated for the 24th Taishin Arts Award in the Visual Arts category (2025/26; chief reviewer Chou Ling-Chih).
